I tried to check out a few times, but it kept failing and my booking never actually got confirmed. I understand glitches happen, but it was annoying and not the smoothest experience.

The hot drinks were decent enough, but the food options were disappointing. There wasn’t much variety, and what was there felt overpriced for what you got. Whoever runs this really needs to rethink the food stalls...

To be fair, there were a few nice parts and we did enjoy some of it, but overall it didn’t really feel worth the ticket price. We got around everything quickly, and then found out a few things cost extra on top, which was a bit disappointing. I just expected more for the money, to be honest. I probably wouldn’t book again unless the prices came down.

I tried using the site it felt harder to navigate than it should’ve been. It didn’t really feel inclusive or easy for everyone to use, which was literally frustrating.

I reached out a couple of times and still haven’t gotten a response, which has been a bit frustrating. Maybe they’re just backed up, but I was hoping to hear something by now

The tickets looked cheap at first, but by the time I got to checkout, all these extra fees showed up. I wasn't not annoyed, honestly. It ended up feeling way pricier than I expected.

I went thinking it would be a fun night out, but the crowd situation kind of ruined it. There were way too many people crammed in, lines were all over the place, and it didn’t seem like anyone knew where we were supposed to go. It felt more stressful than festive. Getting in and leaving took forever, and the staff weren’t much help. I wouldn’t go back unless they seriously fix the crowd control. Just not worth it

I went to Ed Winter Fest hoping it would be a fun winter outing, but it felt like they were not prepared for the weather at all. The wind and rain made everything muddy and chaotic, and there was barely any covered space to get a break from it.

The most frustrating part was how much energy we wasted just trying to figure out where to go and what was still happening. Staff seemed unsure, updates were not clear, and we ended up leaving early cold, tired, and annoyed. For a winter event, they really should have planned this better

I had a good time here. The rides were genuinely fun, and a few of the attractions were better than I expected. It wasn’t over-the-top amazing, but based on my visit, it’s definitely a nice place to spend a few hours and enjoy some good rides.

I don’t know if I just got unlucky, but getting in was a bit of a mess. We spent ages stuck in the queue, and the staff didn’t really seem to know what was happening or where people should go. By the time we finally got inside, we were late and had already missed some of the fun, which was frustrating

At first I thought this would be a decent family option, and I was feeling hopeful about it. But after a little while, the kids started getting bored, which was a bit frustrating. It wasn’t terrible, just not as engaging as I expected for a family outing.

I went to the edwinterfest.com event and, yeah… I was underwhelmed. The place just didn’t feel that clean when we arrived. Bins were already full, and a couple of the toilets were in a bit of a state, which wasn’t great. The facilities felt really basic too, not much seating, and queues for even simple things seemed longer than they should’ve been. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but for the price, I guess I expected it to be better organised. I probably wouldn’t go again unless they improve things

I went in expecting a fun, cozy winter vibe, but it felt kinda dull. The music was super low, there wasn’t much energy in the room, and people just seemed a bit bored. It wasn’t awful or anything, just didn’t feel very festiveee like I was hoping.
